2015 Field Trip Reports

Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge- Hutchinson Unit- November 2015

A dozen of us attended our walk today at the Hutchinson Unit of the Rappahannock River Valley National Wildlife Refuge. It was a pretty quiet day out there overall but our group was treated to nice looks at the 4 Sandhill Cranes that have been hanging out off Route 3 in King George, VA. Some of us were lucky enough in the morning to also see the Hudsonian Godwit in the same spot.
